I can't tell you how good it is to see this on national news. Every single one of us with M.E. has fought the stigma of this illness. So often at medical appointments we're made to feel we're to blame for such debilitating symptoms. I really hope the tide is starting to turn.

@SmilingClare @mookpixie I think 30mg is still a really low dose compared to healthy folk! So I guess as long as it doesn’t give you side effects, then that’s good. Sorry it’s not helping as much as it used to though.

@mookpixie Do you have a pill cutter?But don’t worry if not! Stick with the does you have & see what works for you ☺️ Just wanted to flag that there’s the option of taking less if you need it. My GP thought 10mg was ridiculously tiny but it was a ME consultant who told me to start with 5 xx
