Tip: If you have an escaped Emu, grab a large rubber trash can. Kiwi escaped this morning. I tried leading him back to his enclosure and I now have 2 large bruises from his kicking. Managed to get the can behind him and slid him in and was able to safely carry him back to his pen

Went to pick up perm tag and was told paper plate actually good for 60 days but because of short staff and backlog, tag may take longer than that. Said cops are aware, keep driving. Got my tags on day 63.
