@therealmissjo Agree the situation is less than ideal for elderly people but it wasn't an emergency and she got an appointment. If she thought it was an emergency she could have got an appointment the same day. The system is different now but not entirely broken

Whilst we fully appreciate the reduction in pollution that increased cycling brings, more and more of us are getting sick of the "no rules apply" cycling that we see all over the capital.
We need rules, regulations, and respect for pedestrians!
