@Nursefish_x @Boabsmith @nicolemoss Amy. My husband does exactly the same. He is in a senior role and does a detailed reply asking people to get back in touch after his AL if still needing a response, otherwise signposts them on and the email is deleted. I was shocked but he says it works 🤣
