Hello. I need a legal opinion and would be grateful for an advice.
I am in process of succession of a property at a Co-operative Housing Society.
I went to their office today and they require all ten fingerprints, as they claim they have been instructed by Punjab Government

not have any legal documents or by-laws addressing this matter of data collection. My question is: 1. why are housing societies being asked to collect fingerprints when all they need is one for NADRA verification. 2. Where can I find the by-laws pertaining to this? 🙏🏼
