@The_Oodie my wife ordered an Oodie for a Christmas present & the wrong colour was sent. She had contacted you via your website but got a response saying that it could take 10 working days to get a reply. Obviously she can’t wait this long as it’s a Christmas gift. 1of2

I’ve 2 @SumUp solo machines that both mysteriously have stopped working on the same day. 🤔 One device says that I would be sent a brand new solo machine & to contact the customer support team. They were useless & said that my warranty has run out & I have to buy a new machine 😤
