@AmericanAir I am so disappointed today. My wife and I had a 0833 departure scheduled on flight 1404 to Phoenix and you are still rolling the flight knowing that the emergency brake is out and there is no one at DIA that can fix it. In fact, you continue “rolling” now!! C’mon!

@AmericanAir flying to Denver on flight 1414 out of Sky Harbor. Departure time is 0942. Boarding complete at 0928. 2 Flight attendants up front not offering a pre-flight beverage to First Class customers. We pay a lot of money for these seats and expect service and value.

Flew home yesterday on the 2:19 flight out of Denver to Phoenix. The English gentleman running 1st class; the best!
