@ModernWarzone I can’t be the only one who still can’t fucking see bc of the gun and explosion smoke. Movement is okay, but visual recoil is a bit much for me as well. Good thing I got this code for free I’m definitely not buying the game the way it is
@NerosCinema They talked entirely too much shit for the beta to be like this lol. Movement is not bad, but the guns don’t feel good to me at all, and the visibility with all of the smoke from explosions and firing your weapon is way too overwhelming. I’m aiming at nametags bc I can’t see shit

@ModernWarzone Not buying their game this time around. Tired of the dishonesty, lack of integrity, and the baffling condescending attitude. I wasn’t even going to buy bo7 but I did bc of the open matchmaking. Now that it’s being rug pulled I’ll just stick to the ports.
@ModernWarzone Their whole recent string of decisions got us here. Ports releasing > people see firsthand how matchmaking was > season 5 sbmm revert > the dishonest thread about sbmm today> community account making an ass of themselves.
I’m perfectly content just playing bo1 and bo2 this year.
People are fed up of the constant gaslighting by Call of Duty. First they said the “new match making” was inspired by the classics after the success of the BO1/2 ports, now they’re seemingly going back on their word after people realised it’s clearly closer to the modern matchmaking than the old games???
They even bring up the debunked misleading white-paper they posted before to further support their claims, and bring up how BO1/2 matchmaking factored skill, which is did to some extent but nothing like the modern games.
This is why people flocked to the ports in the first place because there’s clearly a big difference.
I don’t know how many times the marketing team can get away with straight up lying to their audience. They know what they’re doing and think people are stupid.
People’s patience is wearing thin. BO7’s sales dropped a lot, and MW4’s aren’t looking too great either from rough estimates out there.
It really is sad how this franchise treats its fans. Call of Duty has delivered some truly phenomenal works of art over the years, there’s a reason it has such a dominant fan base, but the manipulative tactics they use to keep people hooked every year like crack addicts (all of us included) is just insane.
Black Ops 7 listened thanks to Battlefield taking a big market share but after that unfortunately crumbled they’re just back to the same old routine, now with a false mirage of “transparency”.
This franchise deserves so so so much better than the overlords who rule it.

@TheXclusiveAce I am an average player, maybe slightly above average. And I have experienced ZERO of the improvements they are talking about. My search times and ping are worse now and I live in a very populated area with a respectably fast wired connection. Bo1/2 I have the opposite experience
They spent weeks crafting this nightmare of a response. All that time just for them to double down and dishonestly compare their current matchmaking system to the superior black ops games that they clearly can’t replicate. It’s not nostalgia, it’s incompetence from the devs
