@VIZMedia I read it. It was okay. At least it didn't take a long time to get through or have bad pacing / art like some one-shots.
I've read some really good one-shots on Vizmanga, but even more mediocre to bad ones.
@Pirat_Nation This is a surprisingly good move. That short for 40k in Secret Level was great, one of the best shorts in that series, and a good depiction of "lore marines" and why they're so potentially deadly, even against numerically superior forces.
@Pirat_Nation Not shocking, everything about this movie from the cronyism to the bad casting and writing made it an obvious failure from early on.
I feel bad for the actress who was miscast and also given a bad character to play.

@Pirat_Nation Given the mistakes Sony's been making as of late, all they have to do is pull an uno reverse on them the way Sony did to Microsoft back in the PS4 / Xbone days.
Just treat the customer right and make a better product, and maybe emphasize that they're doing it with memes.
@Pirat_Nation I kind of get what they're saying, but what they should really be mad about is manufactured artificial scarcity.
It's not like the makers couldn't just make more, and as many as they want to, it's just that consumers fall for their marketing BS.
please share. anyone who lives in Texas. Don't vote for Ken Paxton. I beg you. He's only gonna make this issue worse. he wants age verification for the internet. He does not care for you 1A right
@Pirat_Nation Agree. Consent is important. People should have right to their own likeness.
Even those pro-AI should realize that if corporations and government don't respect peoples' rights to their own likenesses, that it may quickly escalate to deepfakes of you being everywhere, legally.
@Dreamboum You took the words right out of my mouth. You can combine eroticism with class, and it can be a very bold fashion statement.
I also loved 2 through 4 the most, and thought that they struck the right balance. It's 5 and especially 6 that lost me.
@Radio_New_Vegaz@Pirat_Nation Because competition keeps companies honest. If Xbox is concerned about losing marketshare to Playstation, they may behave better just to gain marketshare.
It's similar to how PS4 beat Xbone, and Xbox 360 beat PS3. One side got arrogant, and the other dunked on them for it.
@Radio_New_Vegaz@Pirat_Nation Either they'll put in a battle pass / fomo later, or they'll realize how badly Playstation is beating them and keep being "the good guy" until they come back from the brink of console death.
@Pirat_Nation Of course there's the odd chance they won't do any of that nasty stuff, but only if the current leadership realizes that being good to players is the only way to compete against Playstation.
I can see Asha Sharma's team doing that, but only maybe.
@Pirat_Nation I'm sure the Battle Passes and FOMO will make it in. Just not during the launch / review window to make sure people buy.
It'll creep in after 2-3 months or so, after most people have bought it already and reviewers have moved on and aren't paying attention anymore.
@Pirat_Nation Some people either forgot or were not born yet during the post WW2 years when BOTH corporations and the government (especially) worked for the people.
Everything was cheap, and you could have and raise kids off of 1 income. Housing and college was affordable, even for new grads.
@Pirat_Nation Shows that oligarchy doesn't work. Long work hours, low pay, high living costs, not enough time off to raise children, constant importation of cheap foreign labor to keep things from getting better.
All around the world, the same things keep making it hard to live and reproduce.
@Nonwokegame@Pirat_Nation I'm Korean, and seeing a Korean woman that weird looking is so incredulously rare, that I think it's probably less than 1% of the population.
If I didn't know any better, I'd say they were insulting us. Dead serious, that's a few steps away from a racist caricature.
