@flyspicejet To make matters worse, Nancy at Gate 3 was extremely rude throughout the process, making it a harassing experience. Passengers shouldn’t have to deal with unexpected charges and unprofessional behavior. If @flyspicejet doesn’t address this, I’ll have no choice but to escalate.

@flyspicejet, I was wrongly charged for excess baggage by Nancy at Gate 3 for my Delhi-Mum flight on 7th Nov. She said if I’d checked in earlier, I wouldn’t have been charged, yet I wasn’t informed of this policy in advance. Unfair to penalize passengers without prior info!

Also I was charged ₹1950 without any prior notice of this "policy." This feels like a blatant way to extract extra money from passengers. If no response or action is taken, I’m prepared to escalate this to consumer court. Hope @flyspicejet values its customers to resolve this

Like many others, I have been unable to claim refund for my cancelled @GoFirstairways flight due to their insolvency. I received an email, but one, they are giving partial refund, and second, THERE IS NO SIGNS OF ANY REFUND YET! Any one listening @DGCAIndia @JM_Scindia ???
