@PlanetFitness My wallet was stolen at the New Hope Rd location in Gastonia. Someone turned the wallet in but took $220 out of it. I’ve been to the store 3x to ask to review the cameras to see who stole my money. They have it broke down to a 45 minute timeframe.Mgr won’t address

@GetSpectrum what a joke that I cannot watch TV because there is a lock on every channel and customer service does not know why. She used some unusual word for elevating, first time for her, but for me to not have TV. So bad!!
