Why are you not giving an extra blanket. If anyone is a senior citizen or has health issue.Why are there no options during ticket booking for an extra blanket. How can they survive on one blanket. Just take extra charges and provide them the blanket. @IRCTCofficial @RailMinIndia

How can you allot upper berth to a 67 year old person. And while you are upgrading other birth person in same coach on lower berth at the time of chart prepared. It's a complete system failure. How can you neglect senior citizen bz he has book seat 15 days before? @IRCTCofficial
