@VMMChamberlain I'm a Southwark resident and council tax payer. I'd like you for once to say you also recognise the rights of women in the borough and at least acknowledge that sometimes a balance needs to be negotiated - i.e. some politics instead of posturing.

@NoFarmsNoFoods Seems unlikely. It would mean replacing a progressive tax that relatively few pay with a regressive one that everyone pays. The rich would love it, everyone else not so much.
@stellacreasy Not up for debate? Of the 17 Articles & Protocols of the European Convention/Human Rights Act only 3 are 'absolute'. Other 14 are 'limited' or 'qualified', meaning they need political discourse & legal argument. #NoDebate caused the mess we're in. Why are you doubling down on it?
