On the 5Ms of Masculinity,
The fourth M is MATERIAL.
A man must own something.
• Land.
• Tools.
• Livestock.
• A business.
• Intellectual property.
Assets give options, liabilities take them away.
Therefore, stop consuming and start producing.
Start acquiring.

Most people blame their mattress, but it’s usually the tightness they’ve been carrying all day. Try 20 slow swings before bed and see how your back feels in the morning. ✨ Save this for later and share it with someone who sits too much.
Money as an element of exchange is very spiritual. This is something very few of us understand & or comprehend. Do you ever realize that the time you spend to make the money that you make can never be recovered? There is a silent spiritual exchange that we don't realise exists.
In summary,
On the 5Ms of Masculinity,
• Mindset will give you direction.
• Muscle will give you mental and physical strength.
• Men, mentors, and brotherhood will give you wisdom.
• Material will give you options and security.
• Money will sum up the value of your usefulness in this world.
Build your 5Ms patiently, protect them fiercely and pass them to the next generation.

Your value as a man is measured by 5 important pillars.
Your value stands on a masculine foundation that holds 5 pillars.
These 5 pillars are the 5M's of Masculinity:
• MINDSET
• MUSCLE
• MEN
• MATERIAL
• MONEY
If you remove one, the structure will weaken.

WHAT HOSPITALS NEVER TELL YOU BEFORE THEY DISCHARGE YOU.
1. Healing does not begin at discharge – It begins 72 hours later when the sedatives, fluids, and medications finally clear your system.
2. Your blood sugar spikes dangerously after surgery – Even in non-diabetics, post-surgical glucose levels can reach alarming highs. Nobody monitors this after you leave.
3. Most medication errors happen at home – Patients misread dosage instructions, mix incompatible drugs, or stop too early. The prescription is handed over with no real explanation.
4. Your immune system is at its weakest right now – Surgery, stress, and hospital exposure combine to leave your defenses at the lowest point they may ever be.
5. Nurses know more about your recovery than your doctor – The person who spent 12 hours at your bedside has observations your surgeon never heard. Ask them directly before you leave.
6. Hospitals are legally required to discharge you – Insurance windows, bed availability, and billing cycles drive discharge timing. Your readiness is rarely the deciding factor.
7. Nobody will tell you how long you actually need off work – The paperwork says two weeks. The reality for most procedures is six to eight. Returning too early is one of the leading causes of relapse.
8. Blood clots form most after surgery – The highest risk period is not on the table. It is the first two weeks back home in bed.
9. Your appetite loss is a warning sign – Not wanting to eat after discharge is your body signaling that something is still wrong.
10. The follow up appointment is not a formality – Most post-discharge complications are caught there. Missing it is one of the most dangerous things you can do.
11. Wound infections look normal at first – Redness and warmth around a wound in the first week is not always expected healing. It is often the start of infection.
12. Your medications interact with common foods – Grapefruit, dairy, and leafy greens can all interfere with what you were prescribed. Nobody hands you that list.
13. Hospitals are full of drug resistant bacteria – You can leave with an infection you did not arrive with. Hygiene after discharge is as important as during the stay.
14. You need more protein than you think – Tissue repair after surgery or illness requires double your normal protein intake. Most discharge diets do not mention this.
Ten things to check before considering marrying any girl.
1. Her relationship with money.
2. Her friends.
3. Her father.
4. Her past.
5. Her attitude during conflicts.
6. Her loyalty when things get hard.
7. Her ability to take accountability.
8. Her respect for your mission.
9. Her mother’s marriage.
10. Her behavior when you say no.
A girl can cost you months, a wife can cost you half your life.
Here is everything you need to know about the budget in simple terms.

She said it absolutely right.
Treat women how they ought to be treated and not how they wish to be treated.
