I filed a complaint with my State Dept of Insurance. What else can I do?

After 5 months of abnormal urine tests, i was referred to nephrology, which ordered a CT scan w/contrast to get a good look at my kidneys. The CT was scheduled for a few weeks later. The day before the CT, i get a vm about a denial from the lab—not @Aetna. 1/??

And no appeal is allowed? Try again in 60 days? That's 2026, when my deductible starts over.

Not to mention that will be SEVEN MONTHS with abnormalities in my urine cultures.

So cool I spend $900/month for company-subsidized insurance. 5/6
