Universities are still trying to figure out how to deal with the increase in sedentary student behaviours. My research presents interesting milestones achieved by a UK university, which can be useful in managing this situation and can be expanded to promote active behaviours.
Thanks to @BSPHNetwork for the bursary, which allowed me to present this research at the 2023 BSPHN Conference in Birmingham, where I was able to reach a wider audience of public health professionals.
I'm excited to showcase my researchโa pre-COVID study on supporting Black African Students to engage more in physical activityโon a poster. The outcomes are exciting. #BSPHN2023#BSPHN23

It was a wonderful time presenting my PhD research at the CATE winter conference at @UWEBristol. Such an interesting moment in time to talk about the benefits of greenspaces to the mental health of university students.๐
