@nsandihelp I was informed 13 days ago I would get a call re: complaint within 48hours and i didnt receive a call. Called again monday and told the same, 3 days later still no call. Terrible service

@nsandihelp That is what I was told 13 days ago then on Monday told 24-48 hours again. It's really not acceptable even with smaller teams. Messing around with peoples money at these times is terrible
