Extreme ownership is so foreign to our players because it’s foreign to all mankind. In the first ever example of man making a mistake, he blamed his wife. In her first example, she blamed a serpent. Neither said, “God, I made a choice,” and owned it.

You have to teach, speak, and live Extremely Ownership every day, although it will be difficult every one of those days.. Then, and only then, can you pass on the blessing that it can be for you and for your players.
