@iamtomnash Tesla P/E ratio is around 125, it’s unsustainable in a long run. Either the price has to come down or earnings have to increase significantly. It’s PEG ratio >> 1, It’s OVERVALUED. The right pricing would be around $50 or earnings have to be at least 4X next quarter.

@FunOfInvesting $HIMS was losing money until 2023 with negative EPS -$0.11. In 2024, it had EPS $0.58 (Basic). Right now its P/E is 60, I think it's still overvalued. In my calculation the right price point will be between $13 - $17.

@em013L $HOOD growth is 115% YoY. The P/E ratio is perfect at around 25, valued at the right price. Only concerning thing is it was losing money in 2023 and is 3X profitable in 2024. I would wait 2 more quarters to see if the growth is consistent.

@Tech_Investor20 NVIDIA revenue is good. The gross margin was more than 70% in Q4-2024. The EPS is not only positive but growing as well. P/E is also at correct level. Only thing I would worry is, if we're in AI bubble and if the company can keep same profit and earnings in the future.
