@testerup_com how long does it take to reply to tickets? Third ticket opened without a single reply in over 2 weeks, I have not been paid for 3 rewards which total Β£140 yet smaller rewards on other games have still been credited. Really bad customer service.
@testerup_com how long does it take to reply to your tickets? I have created two due to the time scale it's been 3 weeks virtually since the first ticket. I have not been credited for 3 achievements and this totals Β£140 in rewards now that I'm owed. Very poor customer service!
Absolutely buzzing, the result we needed was to win tonight to win the league, we won 8-0, me/my partner won 4/4 6-0 6-0, 6-0, 6-0 and we had something to prove to ourselves after two poor sets last week,even happier to do it as captain,prosecco after/on the way home π₯ champions

@TicketmasterCS Why can't you just give everyone an answer as to when tickets for Saturday's gig will be re-allocated rather than "once changes have been made an email" it's a simple question everyone is asking? It's in two days, it's just not good enough, the customer service has been abysmal.
@TicketmasterCS But when will this be? It's in 2 days, it's the same reply "once changes have been made an email will advise", these tickets are disabled access and need to be in an appropriate area for accessibility requirements, WHEN WILL THIS BE? Why can't you just answer with a timescale?

@TicketmasterCS I still have not received any information with my new tickets for this Saturday's take that gig at the ao arena, I've logged in to the app, the original tickets still showing, the online chat bot is useless I can't get it to go through to speak to an agent?
@TicketmasterCS When will this happen though the gig is in 3 days which is making me nervous that we still haven't heard anything other than changes will be made, it's accessible tickets with a carer and we need to know the new seats are going to be suitable for the access requirements?
