خوشاب کے طلحہ نے گریجویشن کے بعد کئی سالوں تک بیرونِ ملک روزگار کے لیے کوشش کی، لیکن وسائل کی کمی کی وجہ سے اپنے خواب کو حقیقت میں بدلنے میں ناکام رہا۔
پھر وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب محترمہ مریم نواز شریف @MaryamNSharif کے وژن کے تحت شروع ہونے والا PSDF | تعبیر پروگرام طلحہ کے لیے ایک نیا موقع بن کر سامنے آیا۔ اس پروگرام کے ذریعے طلحہ نے مفت تربیت حاصل کی اور اپنی صلاحیتوں پر اعتماد دوبارہ حاصل کیا۔
آج طلحہ پنجاب حکومت کی مدد سے بالکل مفت قطر روانہ ہو رہا ہے، جہاں وہ Lead Worker کے طور پر اپنے خوابوں کو حقیقت میں بدلنے جا رہا ہے۔
طلحہ کی کامیابی اس بات کا ثبوت ہے کہ نوجوانوں کو صحیح تربیت اور مواقع فراہم کیے جائیں تو وہ اپنے خوابوں کو حقیقت میں بدلنے کے قابل ہوتے ہیں۔ @PSDF_official @PVTC_Official

وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب محترمہ مریم نواز شریف کے وژن ’’ہنرمند پنجاب پروگرام‘‘ کے تحت پی وی ٹی سی نے ووکیشنل ٹریننگ انسٹیٹیوٹ گرین ٹاؤن لاہور میں جدید فائبر آپٹک لیب کا افتتاح کیا۔ پی وی ٹی سی پنجاب میں سرکاری سطح پر فائبر آپٹک ٹیکنالوجی کورس متعارف کرانے والا پہلا ادارہ ہے۔ یہ اقدام نوجوانوں کو جدید ٹیکنالوجی کی تربیت دے کر مقامی و بین الاقوامی روزگار کے مواقع فراہم کرے گا۔

وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب محترمہ مریم نواز شریف کی وژنری قیادت میں ایک قابلِ فخر سنگِ میل —
پنجاب ووکیشنل ٹریننگ کونسل نے صوبہ بھر میں 375 تربیتی لیبز کو جدید خطوط پر اپ گریڈ کر دیا ہے۔

یہ لیبز نوجوانوں کو موٹر سائیکل مکینک، ویلڈنگ، انڈسٹریل گارمنٹس اسٹچنگ، بیوٹیشن، آئی سی ٹی، سولر و الیکٹریکل ٹیکنالوجی، کلینیکل اسسٹنٹ اور ہاسپیٹیلٹی جیسے ہنرز کی عملی تربیت فراہم کر رہی ہیں۔

یہ منصوبہ حکومتِ پنجاب کی 601 ملین روپے کی خصوصی گرانٹ سے ممکن ہوا۔

یہ جدید لیبز ہمارے نوجوانوں کے لیے قومی و بین الاقوامی روزگار کے نئے مواقع پیدا کر رہی ہیں — ایک روشن اور خود مختار مستقبل کی جانب عملی قدم۔
