@RoyalMailHelp I’m supposed to have a parcel delivered to a neighbour today which was booked on the app. Neighbour doesn’t have my parcel and the app is telling me it’s been delivered to a collection point which isn’t what I asked for. I have no idea where my parcel is?!

@RoyalMailHelp Thank you Kieran, my daughter just messaged to say she’d received my parcel. Shame the delivery service isn’t as good as the customer service.

@RoyalMailHelp I posted a parcel to Leeds last Friday and it’s still not there? It cost me £13.75 to send and should’ve been there on Monday! Shocking service, I won’t be using Royal Mail again!!
