@whatifalthist For me I need an hour ish of exercise per day, get sunlight or if it's winter where you live I recommend supplementing with vitamin d. Get enough electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium) I supplement magnesium since it's the hardest to get natural. And a regular sleep schedule
