@ProGolfCritic The South pushing the war for 4 years proves this point. Consistent great leadership, and fighting what they believed was a righteous cause, led to maintaining an advantage until Gettysburg.
@ProGolfCritic You assessment of the South isn’t entirely correct. To say the South had one great leader is preposterous. And to say the North had many is just as bad. It’s likely the opposite. However, the North had far more soldiers than the South and could run their men through the grinder
@the_Bradster007 If you’ll remember the landlord said he could have the space bc it was full of asbestos and only used for storage. So my assumption was that he didn’t have to pay for it
@MrDanielBuck Not entirely true, but not entirely false either. With the development of LGBT capture over the last decade of public schools, even the high performing schools still promote lies and cater to mental illness. Private, Christian schools stand strong in the midst of that storm.
@DavidRCampbell6@hiAndrewQuinn I would argue against that, but on these 2 points: Literature is by nature subjective and therefore much harder for kids to grasp unless dedicated, and teaching writing is far more difficult than grading writing. English teachers must be proficient at both to be successful.
@deadtosin610 Where are the quality Christian entertainment companies/studios that are doing this good work? We need them to step up to the plate and have several billionaires willing to invest. Until then, we have to go with what's available.
@the_jack_harper It's not either. Lord and God aren't his name, and to "take it in vain" means to use his name in ways that don't conform to his character. It's not a "ohh bad word" commandment. It's an "I'm not disloyal, so don't use my name to promote disloyalty" commandment.
@_jonbowlin So his pleading didn’t really mean anything then. It was just a show that God put on for Moses bc Moses didn’t actually do anything to influence God at all.
@ZachWLambert Well one is truth and one is a lie. The goal of education is cultivating virtue. Therefore, having scripture as a core text is a means to that end.
@stelzner_n1150 The real problem is those like me with a young family who bought a house in 2021 for 420k seeing it deflate to 215k. I wouldn’t be able to sell for 2 decades.
