I’m fairly certain Joel Osteen preaches 100+ times per year, does weddings, the occasional funeral, writes a few books, et cetera. And?

There are countless young men with sound theology that never stand in a pulpit that have more biblical positions that most pastors on X. Pastoral busyness doesn’t equate to wisdom or discernment.
