CRS concluded even if this bill became law, the backlog would double in 10 years. Green-card delays would increase and expand — especially for Latin America. That would badly hurt Florida, as @SenRickScott courageously points out. #StopS386#AmericaFirst
@_HomeIsHere_ @MariliCancio Ask your fellow Indians. Why should ROW pay for Indian H1B abuse?! We need a country cap on H1B to solve the backlog. #NoS386
@MariliCancio Indian consulting company/body shops are responsible for this green card backlogs by lots of importing low skilled workers to take jobs from American workers. They should stop this business model to reduce their backlogs instead of taking over all green cards.
Yesterday I had a closing with a couple of professionals. He is a doctor from Somalia working at a Miami hospital and his wife who works for a huge transitional company in Miami. If SB386 passed removing country caps Florida would b < successful. Country caps protect minorities.
In a now DELETED tweet by Leon Fresco, the architect behind the Gang of Eight bill, & now a lobbyist lobbying for the Big Tech India Green Card giveaway bill (HR1044/S386); he explicitly admits he doesn’t care about the detrimental consequences the bill will cause if passed.
@ChrisHartline Thanks so much, Chris. S386 is a horrible piece of legislation that affects international scholars from 190+ countries #NoS386NoHarassment
@ChrisHartline S386 is a bad bill that needs debate in Congress
"But in its rush to pass this bill without committee hearings, debates or discussn, Democrats in Congress will do what Stephen Miller has so far failed to do cripple the employment-based immigration system"

@ChrisHartline We need H1B country cap. This is the only to way to solve the backlog, and make the system fair to all nations. Indians have monopolized H1B and now they want green card monopoly. #NoS386
@US1USA@ChrisHartline@immivoice@SenRickScott lol. First of all you are not a slave since nobody has forced you to stay here. Go back home. Second point: S386 will not solve the backlog. It gives Indians green card monopoly and blocks other nations. Stop lying!
Proponents of S.386 constantly bashed and insulted @SenatorDurbin for months for his opposition to the bill. Now they are using his amendments to argue that S.386 does not hurt trade, tourism and transportation! Hypocrisy at its finest. #NoS386
S386 folks: stop harassing Sen. Scott. This is your main lobbyist, Leon Fresco, saying that S386 will never get passed by unanimous consent. "You'll never get all 100 senators to sign off on an immigration bill." #NoS386NoHarassment
