Currently at King's Cross Royal Scot travelodge and after speaking to someone on Thursday that an early check in note should have been implemented on their system,we have arrived to be told there is currently no early check in available,can someone tell me how this is acceptable?

@TravelodgeUK trying all week to pay for early check in for this weekend, your website isn't working, central reservations don't help other than tell me to ring the hotel direct and the hotel don't answer the phone. Not a great start if I'm honest! Can anyone actually help me?!

@evanshalshawuk Can’t get through to Ford Darlington branch for days about my upcoming service. Used online booking and have now booked service but for 2 different days however not received any confirmation, why is it so hard to be able to speak to someone!
