@daniforthewin I once had a man try to pass me coupons through the drive thru which was essentially his shopping list. I told him no. He came inside and slapped the coupons down on the front store counter for them to fetch for him. They also said no.

@Pillchucker Had a lady yell at me bc her script wasnt ready and she had been waiting 30 minutes. Same 30 minutes we were closed. Another time a man told me I was “late” when I was entering the pharmacy back at 1:55. We open back at 2. 🧐

@Elizabeth_A2017 @cvspharmacy The real answer? Metrics. Also, a patient is more likely to be med compliant (supposedly) if they have more supply/less trips/ less easy to have a gap in treatment. Overall? It’s annoying for everyone involved. Frustrating for sure!
