@moultano Usually, the sidewalk and grassy strip between it and the road are in the public right of way. So those trees in the second picture are owned by the city or whatever authority has jurisdiction over the road, and not the home owner.

@2024dion I can’t tell if you’re being serious or not. If solar fields were the cheapest way to power data centers, then that’s what’s what would be powering them. (Also, people hate seeing farm land turned into solar farms. Not as much as data centers, but still quite viscerally.)
