So it would seem that @GWRHelp don’t refund £120 taxi fares to get you home when you are stranded in Oxford at midnight because both they and Trainline failed to communicate that the service you booked and paid for was terminating miles away!
Total Disgrace. I’m appalled.

@GaryUsher_Chef The crux of it is whatever they have spent it on some people will just not be told! There’s no point have shiny new equipment with no business left to use it. There are a lot of sensible people too- for the purpose of balance!

@GaryUsher_Chef Hi Gary, I’ve been telling all my customers to keep the bounce back for business survival as that’s what it’s designed for. Business who had asset finance in place for equipment have used the BB loan instead and risk starving their business of cash.
