So we signed on for @Hyperoptic. Door to door salesman promised a quick installation, took 3 weeks. I've been up and running 2 weeks and today it went down and told an entire week for an engineer. I'm in central London for god sake not the outer Hebrides. Shocking service.
@Hyperoptic are really useless. My elderly mother is without internet and they won't talk to me about looking for an earlier appointment as I am not the AC holder. Their solution? Get your mother to log on to her account and add me as a named person. They are literal idiots.
The @Hyperoptic saga continues. Took them 3 weeks to install. The engineers took 5 hours to install it even though they said it would take an hour. 2 weeks later it's dead no signal. Now it's going to take a week for an engineer to attend. Absolute shambles.

@NeilEvansRocks @se1 They aimed them at the lord Nelson pub opposite the TFL building on Union st. I live above it, I went outside about 10 mins later and the police were attending to a young man with tissue against his head, no burns luckily but maybe a damaged eardrum.
@tjaxx807@amy8cs@frankenberger_m@MelissasOldNose@Andy Person on twitter shares an opinion and speculates on rumours circling reality TV stars who are paid to have their personal life discussed by the public. How dare you.
