Traffic lights are but a state-sanctioned inhibitor to ones freedom of movement, sayeth the libertarian. Opinions are my own and independent of my employer
@AvidCommentator I give him ‘til early 2027. As party insiders have said, let the people see how AT stuffs up anything he touches before installing Hastie or some other alternative. It’s a travesty that Keith Wolahan isn’t in the current parliament - future PM material right there!
@AvidCommentator Howard set the rot - now, it’s simply ethnic gerrymandering. As a friend shared, say what you will of Burka and Albo… but they know how to count.
@MikeMeehallWood Technically speaking, I streamed the game on 9NOW as the quality is slightly better than terrestrial FTA. They have the potential to broadcast it simultaneously on Stan Sport in 4KHD... which in turn means more granular measurement of viewership and advertising.
@thedavehaynes@mattyquaid@AvidCommentator Yet we’ve done diddly squat in rectifying a major issue we’ve known of from the past 20 years of construction. It only points to the tentacles of developers influencing authorities across associated domains - at best, intentional incompetence.
@ChloeMacSweeney Agreed. He is no threat at centre - has no idea how to create space for his winger. Even his goal kicking has been ordinary this year. Better off having him on an extended bench once Turbo returns.
@EnergyWrapAU In lieu of the extended wet weather along the NSW coastline (particularly SYD) over the past few days, could you point me to figures which illustrate the mix of energy sources that’s contributed to power supply over such a period? Thx!
@GrayConnolly Conservatives still fail to attribute the problem in part to Howard-era policies. Until we recognise his folly, the clean out can’t be considered a complete job - akin to letting a seemingly innocuous small mould spore fester.
@wolfe_au@NRLinsightUK@Hazzamorgs_14@LeagueFreak But if the onus is on the defender to fulfil the tackle cleanly (ie within the rules), then Ponga has clearly failed. Why? No arms were remotely used in the attempt to tackle - by taking that approach, it amplifies the risk and probability of having a send off applied.
@Hazzamorgs_14@NRLinsightUK@wolfe_au@LeagueFreak But the opposing team loses a player for the rest of the game and KP has made no attempt to effectively tackle the player by way of wrapping his arms. I’m not sure what other choice the ref was left with. That said, KP is in another league when he’s got the ball in hand.
@GrayConnolly@AvidCommentator@aclennell Bragg. Who can stomach that… biting my tongue to the point where it bleeds! To think he’s been the Liberal’s first ticket holder (NSW) for a senate seat speaks to where the party is at.
