@parcelforce PF driver just attempted to deliver my parcel to my neighbour (knocked on wrong door!) then drove off. I've been home all morning waiting for this delivery. Can he come back? The neighbour has the missed delivery card so I don't know where the parcel is! #frustrated

Just been on hold to @Sofology for over an hour and got disconnected. Their customer service is NON EXISTANT. Just called straight back and I'm THE SAME caller number as after an hour on hold. Sofology are frauds! #sofology

@Sofology @SofologyHelp what a total mess. You delivered my sofa.. BROKEN and 'lost' the footstool. Then you delivered a chair and forgot the second footstool. I'm two stools down and have already started to pay my warranty on them. No one has attempted to contact me to rectify.
