Building a YouTube channel is like building a real estate portfolio, but 100% digital.

Every video is a cash-flowing "property".

Yes, our videos take a shit ton of work to create.

But once they're completed, they, for lack of a better term, print money. For years.

They cost $0 to run and take 0 hours to maintain. And we don't have to run any ads to get them in front of ppl.

They're like mini-marketing employees, but they don't take a salary or call in sick.

Videos we published over 1 year ago continue to get 500-1,000+ views per day.

This only works because they are EVERGREEN.

For us, 1 view == $0.05. 1,000 views == ~$50.

I guess you could call https://t.co/zSf5Z2Gzjh an organic, evergreen content media company.

And I just feel like that is the greatest opportunity in the world for anyone building in media.

Feels illegal to know this.

But maybe I'm crazy? Ok back to work...

A solo media founder like Rogan or Mr Beast can make as much money as a strong tech founder, with significantly less managerial stress.

Tech created this ecosystem but there’s a historical cultural bias in tech towards media as unprofitable. That changed a long time ago.
