FULL BATTLE GEAR FOR A WARNING SHOT?
Watch: Senate Sergeant at Arms Mao Aplasca was caught on live video preparing for the shooting incident. The footage shows him giving instructions and even loading his weapon before the shots were fired.
Senator Cayetano earlier claimed that the NBI fired the first shot, but NBI Director Matibag denied deploying any agents to the Senate premises.
This confirms that the incident was clearly staged and pre-planned.

PH SENATE CALLED “LAUGHING STOCK” AMID CONTROVERSY
Veteran journalist Mon Tulfo said the Philippine Senate has become a “laughing stock” in the international community of parliaments.
In an interview with Atty. Edwin Lacierda and former Gov. Ben Evardone, Tulfo claimed the Senate’s recent controversy has reached international media attention, citing reports from outlets such as The New York Times and Al Jazeera.
He added that Senate President Alan Cayetano will be remembered in history over concerns about the institution’s diminished dignity.
