@NoiSinEss@ThePickleQueeen Well, they are correct about the funding source of federal student loans and you aren't, so maybe your vote shouldn't count?
@cantgobaby When receivers slow down or have to come back to a thrown ball it makes it seem like the QB can't throw far, but in Sayin's case he has decent range but isn't leading guys enough or is throwing so late the speedy receivers are still outrunning his range.
@RobSilver Humor wasn't the intent of this bit, the show has had musical acts throughout its run and this was just in that vein although this was a cold open if I recall and not the usual musical guest spot. Idk if they had a traditional musical guest this episode too.
@TheDataVet@KeithNHumphreys@PeterMoskos You are not refuting his point. The insurance company for the 30 day supply wasn't going to pay the full price either, they were also paying the 20% (or less) price. They just have a policy of not paying for 90 days all at once.
This is grotesque behavior. Joe Biden was an American president. Xi is a communist dictator, and the head of a foreign state. Our internal divisions are not fair game in this context. https://t.co/IfOs1Yyl3b
@Tyler_A_Harper A couple of years ago I took a couple of my kids to a local hall for a "reptile show" thinking it was some educational thing. No, it was a swap meet basically for snakes and lizards, etc. some of them pretty pricey. Still fun for the kids but not what I expected.
@indexnforgetit@JosephX91127009@texasrunnerDFW Not in the northwest, no, there was at least one (maybe two) a decade ago but they didn't make it. Sale prices aren't something you can count on though either.
@indexnforgetit@JosephX91127009@texasrunnerDFW I'm in Ohio, your prices are inaccurate. You're not feeding 5-8 people for $15 as that will be like a 1 pound roast. Crockpot pot roast is great though, the price is just not realistic right now.
@snitchin_bubs@sgodofsk It's a bit obtuse, obviously the CEO of a corporation stands to benefit from the company receiving government contracts, but so does every employee there and it's impossible to simply bar anybody working for a company with a government contract from ever making a donation.
@snitchin_bubs@sgodofsk Yes, the government contract was awarded to a company called Navatek, who is the "person" persuant to that statute. Martin Kao was not a himself a government contractor. From what has been reported if it *had* been his personal money it would have been legal.
@snitchin_bubs@BreerHabbit@sgodofsk This is one of the problems with rehashing this 7 years later to people that don't understand the law. The guys in jail because his company engaged in these donations illegally. But he was lying to the recipients and saying they were his own funds which would have been legal.
