I've retired as Insurance Research Leader at Deloitte and a long career as Editor at National Underwriter, but I still have plenty of insights to share.

@BryanHoch@DaniWex In the Judge vs. Raleigh MVP debate, what about the impact of their respective home fields on their power or average?
Had they switched stadiums, Raleigh would’ve likely hit 70 homers, had a higher average, and been the clear MVP! Judge might not have even cleared 50 in Seattle.

@thehoffather@InnaVernikov@KVIseattle Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and food stamps are all examples of socialism. Do you object to that? The reason Mamdani is drawing support is because this city is unaffordable for all except the wealthiest. Yet all Republicons do is cut the social safety net.
@InnaVernikov Nor do I recall you defending Ukraine when Trump insists they accept an immediate ceasefire and turn over their mineral wealth to the U.S. without any security guarantees to keep Russia from resuming hostilities.
@InnaVernikov@POTUS And I guess it’s fine by you that he’s letting Musk the Merciless disable all the regulatory agencies overseeing his own companies, and cutting every federal budget except for the billions going to his own companies.
@InnaVernikov@POTUS And I guess it’s fine by you if Trump de-regulates cryptocurrency—the biggest financial scam ever—while he makes millions in the crypto business himself.
@InnaVernikov@POTUS And I guess it’s okay by you that Trump is leaving consumers defenseless against fraud and abuse by banks and other financial services firms by gutting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
@InnaVernikov@POTUS …I guess it’s fine by you that Trump is throwing Ukraine under the bus and extorting them to surrender their mineral wealth. It’s always about the money with Trump. He doesn’t give a damn about any of his constituents.
@InnaVernikov@POTUS Funny, but I don’t see you praising Trump for his insane claim that Ukraine started the war against Russia, or they President Zelensky is a dictator, or for standing with Putin and North Korea against Ukraine at UN…
