By supporting Ontario’s mining industry, we’re helping strengthen critical mineral supply chains to keep Ontario competitive globally. ⛏️🦺
Sat down with leaders in the mining sector to discuss how we can continue to reduce entry barriers for junior mining companies, unlock investments, and get shovels in the ground faster.
Connecting every corner of Ontario. 🌐
Today in Orillia, I spoke at Canada’s Rural & Remote Broadband Community Conference #CRRBC about our work to expand reliable high-speed internet connection to every home, farm, and industry across Ontario.
Working with partners across the province, we’re getting it done.
We’re ensuring a reliable and competitive supply of electricity, while building the energy infrastructure needed to power economic growth. ⚡️
Thanks for the frank conversation @AWS_Gov@EllisDon@Cologix4Colo@eStruxture@Vantage@Equinix
“The refurbished reactor, which had been approaching the end of its lifespan, will now generate enough electricity to power 800,000 homes for the next 30 years. Lecce highlighted the fact that 95 per cent of project spending stayed in Canada, saying there was no better “case study for a more deeply Canadian supply chain.”

Recently sat down with @SlateAssetMgmt at Queen’s Park - discussing the Steelport Project in Hamilton and how we can help deliver the reliable energy infrastructure needed to support more industrial investments.
7 months ahead of schedule, saving ratepayers $150M.
The most successful completion and return to service of a nuclear unit in Ontario history, as Bruce Power’s Unit 3 reactor refurbishment was completed!
Outstanding news from @Sflecce@RudyCuzzetto@LisaThompsonPC
We’ve got a jam-packed summer ahead.
From building homes, highways and hospitals to bringing in new investments and unlocking the Ring of Fire, we’re delivering on our plan to protect Ontario.
Ontario is leading the way.
The Canadian Taxpayers Federation’s latest comparison of provincial budgets ranked Ontario 2nd in Canada for fiscal management—a testament to our government's responsible approach to balancing strategic investments with fiscal discipline.
We're proud of this result and will continue working to keep taxes low, grow our economy, build infrastructure and deliver for Ontario families and businesses.

Small businesses are the backbone of our main streets🛍️
Grateful for the chance to host the Grimsby Chamber of Commerce and the Grimsby BIA at Queen’s Park - sharing ideas on how we can help support businesses with wayfinding and adding to the vibrancy of main streets.
Our expanded partnership with Bamkushwada LP in Thunder Bay will provide a consistent, intergenerational source of revenue for the six First Nations involved - as part of our plan to build and power Ontario’s North.
Protecting Ontario’s Streets and Communities Act:
- Banning pill presses
- Strengthening surety requirements for bail
- Forgiving coerced debt for women who have been trafficked
- Cracking down on drug use on public transit
- Strengthening the Sex Offender Registry
Solid work from @zeeinmilton@MichaelTibollo@TeamKerzner@douglasdowney
“These latest provincial investments in local schools total more than $78 million – the largest capital investment in the history of the District School Board of Niagara.”

Strengthening First Nations partnerships, powering Ontario’s North 🤝⚡️
With @KevinHollandMPP@MichelleC_PC and @WillBoumaBrant in Thunder Bay, we announced a $75 million provincial guarantee for Bamkushwada LP’s increased ownership in the East-West Tie Transmission Line.
It’s all part of @fordnation@sflecce’s vision of partnership and growth that is strengthening our grid - while creating long-term economic opportunities and prosperity for First Nations in Ontario, for generations to come.

Trudeau’s yes-man?
No thanks.
Nav said yes to every carbon tax hike, yes to every job-killing new regulation, and yes to every woke policy Trudeau ever proposed.
That’s not leadership. That’s a recipe for disaster.
I’m running to restore the Ontario deal.
Ontario used to lead. Let’s lead again.
//
Je me présente pour rétablir le pacte de l’Ontario.
L’Ontario était autrefois leader. Reprenons les devants.
Ontario used to lead ... in job losses.
The guy who went from regulating giant telecoms to collecting a corporate paycheck from Rogers while it outsourced good Canadian jobs to India now wants to run Ontario.
No thanks.
Keeping communities connected across rural Ontario 🌐
12 new towers, 4 co-locations, and 15 tower upgrades are now complete in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell, helping more families, businesses, and industries access reliable cell service.
Under the leadership of @fordnation and @Sflecce, our government is continuing to connect communities across Ontario - helping families stay in touch, businesses grow, and local economies thrive.
Special thanks to @SSarrazin_MPP for his leadership in the region.

Nothing says "change" like bringing back Justin Trudeau's top confidant and chief Minister to import the very policies that cost Canada hundreds of thousands of jobs, drove up costs for families, undermined our global reputation and national unity.
We cannot afford Trudeau 2.0.
