1, wins the plurality of seats and forms a coalition government or a minority government with support from ether Center right or Center left.

2, voted out but is the largest party and leader of the opposition.

Just so the election results for the Dutch general election. The fact that the PVV party has gained 20 seats & gone from 10.81% to 23.5% support (votes) is further proof that national government have failed to deliver. New-liberalism has and is running Europe!! #DutchElection

So if Ireland “other western nations” decrease supply other parts of the world will increase to meet demand. Such examples is Brazil and where will they cows go? Freshly cut Amazon forests

@dublincomments @ESBNetworks When a smart meter is installed it’s 24 hour, after 4-6 weeks when network connection is available you can opt-in for smart rates. Where some offers have day/night without peck. My first comment was addressing your question.
