@villama2@Cryptoboyy_Aji Once you understand how it works you should understand why you should prepay as much as you can especially early in the mortgage. If your first payment has only $10 going to principal and you pay an additional $100 that almost like making 10 additional months of payments.
@BarbaraDrac@TheBrancaShow The standard is 'reasonable doubt' not 100% certainty and that is what the jury had to go by. So unless you are 100% certain he did not point the gun it looks like the jury made the legally correct decision. Maybe not the right or moral decision but the one required by law.
@Sabrina45X In that case I agree. Universal declarations about strangers are stupid. I do not want to live in a city, walkable or otherwise, but understand not everyone shares my view, and that is a good thing. Life would be boring if everyone was the same.
@Cliu122Liu@SooperMexican If you are starting out you don't get to live anywhere you want. If every home in that neighborhood is $1 million and up look in a different area. Not every area is going to have starter homes.
@_wej01 What is interesting about this to me is what was convincing him was debates where both sides state their views and apparently the red-pill side was more convincing. The way to turn him around not to show him evidence for your side but to have him stop listening to both sides.
@Jenn728675309@KatieDaviscourt They are not a terrorist group because of their name. They are terrorists because of their actions. Even if I were to support their cause terrorist actions in support of a just cause is still terrorism.
@jasonwhitlock What you are missing is that testimony you say "Wasn't particularly convincing" was convincing to the jury. Or at least convincing enough to cause reasonable doubt.
