I have to question some people's math.

I get new tires for my car in December. TPMS goes out on one of them a few days later.

Now since my car was in the shop.. please switch it out & the others. Because generally once one goes, they’ll all be on the fritz.

So I asked the dealership to change them all out for me.

“I can’t do that.”

I’m paying for it. ???

Get there, the guy tells me they always check them when a car comes in.

Then why didn’t you know the other was ready to go back in December!?

“But yeah we checked the other 3 & they’re all good.”

When I dropped it off, 3 read, 1 didn’t.

I get in my car, they’re literally ALL out.

So I tell him about it.. and I’m not sure if he was responding to my prior email about my tire back in December or WHAT, but now apparently when you test they won’t read if ones out. But this mother fucker put it in writing & told me to my face that they tested fine.

I swear to Funyuns I absolutely hate this dealership. They’re full of absolute shit 150% of the time & because of my wheels & tires package & free lifetime oil changes I’m literally kinda stuck there.

Not to sound like a hater but I have been utterly shocked by the low quality of these North Dallas "pop-up homes", Princeton no exception. I've visited friends out that way in a few of these brand new seemingly upper-middle class homes and feel like Rutger Hauer at the end of Blade Runner. "I've seen things you wouldn't believe..." To name a few: a long entry hallway with a wall that was completely warped, you could see it S-curving in and out with the naked eye. A staircase that used literal particleboard painted white as a railing. A backyard patio that completely washed out within months, backyard a muddy mess and flagstone falling apart. I understand "new" homes will always have quirks that get ironed out by renovations over time but I think the extreme pace of development and high comparative demand has made it worse in North Dallas.
