A lot of people are saying it's unfair that she's not getting a break, a chance.
At the same time, nearly every gamer is groaning at this and angry.
The anger comes from one place: Execs and suits have absolutely ruined AAA gaming. Ever since gaming became more profitable than movies, the suits flooded in.
Gamers have seen nothing but greedy monetization, DEI policies, and shitting on gamers for a decade now. And they don't blame the game makers, they blame the suits.
And so when you bring in an obvious suit, who has never been in games, and who looks to be pretending to be a gamer, to try to fix a beloved brand like Xbox, there is a riot. Everybody is upset.
It's not her, it's what she represents: the mindset that destroyed our favorite hobby.
There's a reason Indies are crushing it right now, and it's because those are gamers, making games. While AAA hollows out, whining about a tough gaming landscape, doing anything but taking a look at themselves and realizing they are the ones who destroyed it.
@Scott_389@Dansgaming This, it’s the Perfect tLoU Game. Imagine the Horror. The looting and building makeshift weapons fits just perfectly.
Oh they regret it I‘m sure.
@Dansgaming Fallout is close but why not „the Last of Us“? The cancelled MP should have been like ARC. Furthermore you could have seperated the Players in 2 or more Fractions like Fireflies and Fedra. And having questlines in those factions as in the Souls and the covenants.
@BattleNonSense EA & Dice need the grind to sell you those sweet shortcut weapon bundles with those late progression attachments (P2shortcut). Unfortunately they are too slow to put them in the store.
Make those unlocks atleast dependant on wins rather than XP et voila it's improving the game!
