@an0n_Nic It’s like a vampire who comes from a long line of fascists, speaking to someone who knows what his game is, and doesn’t want him and his mates to eat everyone
@2_Common_Sense@PeterMcCormack@UncleSteveOG What are you talking about dear boy. I think you may be confused. Do you know what hospitals, schools, universities, infrastructure, youth centres, sports centres, public librarys, public services, policemen, firemen, and well, everything else thats groaning from under funding is
@PeterMcCormack@UncleSteveOG You’re offering vibes and free stuff, that doesn’t particularly help them as it basically removes a huge chunk of the states budget, which is needed to support them, while at the same time pretending that political damage hasn’t been driven by over 60s voters
@Garnet_2203@Marathon486@ItsDeanBlundell As a non Christian (any longer) I can answer that. Because ‘the word of Jesus’ is tied to the Old Testament, and is also translated and mistranslated about 100 times over.
@Heccles94 I think it would be beneficial to me, and destroy the nation. This would basically white out half of the income tax take. So individuals would have more but our government would be even more powerless to make any changes.
@matteopelleg I’ve seen no evidence that AI will eventually create art that is good. It might vaguely simulate or copy art, but I have yet to see anything that indicates it will actually create original work that is good.
@LoudOutside They aren’t really comparable, cooking and cleaning are daily tasks and cutting the grass, taking the bins out and house maintenance are weekly or even just occasional/odd tasks. But yes, both statements are true. The framing though, trying to make them equivalent, is stupid.
@BoulPizz An internal monologue isnt about if you are or are not thinking, its about the process of thinking. It means you can ‘hear’ the voice in your head. Other people think without hearing. Its the same as not subvocalising while reading. It indicates how your brain works, nothing more
