@kharma_7 You need less volume than you think but to look in the sets you do- Frequenzy > Volume. If you do for example 6 sets of pullups in one week. Its better to do 2sets 3x than 3sets 2xtimes or even 6sets once a week. Recovery is very important as a natural imo
@tryingtobeLFA Yes i started because had injury (golfer ellbow) because of weighted pullups. Now i train them 3 times a week and my grip and strength improved while injury is gone. Also helps with deadlifts etc.
If you want lose fat , you need to lift weights otherwise your body breaks down muscle and fat but you dont want to lose muscel but add some. So weights/calisthenics is non negoitable, cardio can push your cal up so if you eat right (little deficit) you lose fat while gaining/holding muscle
