As a huge @NFL fan and CEO of @Iterable , thought I would add some thoughts on the evolution of the #superbowl and its impact on #marketing:

@G2’s new #2026 AI Decision Intelligence in Marketing report should be on every enterprise leadership team’s radar.
Nearly 60% of enterprises already have AI agents in production, and aggressive adopters are on track to cut marketing operating costs by up to 30%.
The real question isn’t if AI decision intelligence belongs in your stack. It’s whether your org is actually ready to trust it with critical decisions at scale.
Insights on this great report for team @Iterable: https://t.co/VdxHgi5fsY
Had a great conversation with Drew Smith on the Attribution Nation Podcast about the chaos of modern martech—one of the most consistent and costly challenges CMOs face today.
Most teams aren’t short on tools. They’re short on clarity, cohesion, and execution.

Bold leadership isn’t always loud—particularly in cautious industries. At @Iterable’s Activate Tour NYC, I spoke with Minou Clark, CEO of @realself, about leading transformation through trust, transparency, and a willingness to experiment. Watch the full conversation here: https://t.co/TDoiUhOsUZ
“Ductus Exemplo” is a term I learned in the U.S. Marine Corps Officer Candidate School, and it means “lead by example.” You must model the behavior you want your teams to emulate when you're working to transform a company culture. You can’t announce a new set of values and expect they will stick.
New @Forbes piece featuring insights from my peers and I on shifting company culture:

I had a great conversation with Robert Dippell, CEO of @MorningBrewInc at @Iterable’s Activate Tour NYC this fall. It was great to talk with Robert about the story behind Morning Brew's success—how they’ve scaled, innovated, and stayed ahead in such a fast-moving environment.
Plenty of lessons on how to succeed when the landscape shifts every month...not every year.

Last week’s Activate Tour SF with @Iterable was a great one. Loved getting to spotlight one of our community’s rockstar marketers on stage: Kara Douglas at @RocketLawyer. Always a joy to celebrate great people doing amazing things.
Excited to share that @Iterable has been named a Leader in @Snowflake’s Modern Marketing Data Stack Report....for the 3rd year in a row!

I had the privilege of joining Ashley Mastronardi on @NYSE Floor Talks a few weeks back. We dove into how @Iterable's AI-native platform empowers marketers to deliver hyper-personalized experiences at scale... and chatted about how we're doubling down on #AI innovation: https://t.co/OykDdOOzmm
Standing on the NYSE floor was a powerful reminder of the tremendous opportunity we have ahead of us!
Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the privilege of hosting AMA sessions with our teams in Iterable’s SF and NYC offices.
What makes these sessions meaningful is the authentic nature of the dialogue...nothing scripted, nothing off-limits. It's important for leaders to create spaces where people feel they can ask anything, and know they’ll get a real answer.
Next stop: @Iterable's London office!
When I first joined @Iterable, I had the privilege of sitting down with Andrew Birmingham at @Mi3Australia. We spoke about where marketing is headed and why velocity matters.
AI is setting the pace of our business and our industry. The companies that move faster (testing, learning, and deploying in real time) will win. "Speed of Operation" is one of today's most important KPIs.
It’s why we’re doubling down on velocity + AI-driven engagement here at Iterable.

Every #CEO today is being asked to lead through rapid change, embed AI into business and culture, and deliver growth. It’s an industry-agnostic mandate.
On Sept 18 in NYC, I’ll sit down with the CEOs of @Adweek, @realself & @MorningBrewInc to explore how today’s most agile business leaders are making it happen.

Great snippet with @binajv on why the data you feed into AI models is so important. Data quality and integrity directly shape the output, which is why explainable, transparent tools matter. So you can validate inputs, spot issues, and trust your results.
Does AI reduce the need for human decision-making?
As @binajv explains to @AnnieDuke in an episode from Season 5 of The Decision Education Podcast, in order to be better decision makers, we need to question the data that informs our decisions.
I sat down with @alexalbert__ to talk about how the Claude Code team builds features, emerging behaviors like "multi-Clauding," and what's next for the Claude Code SDK for building agents!
Honored to join the launch of the "Making Sense of Martech" podcast with Jacqueline Freedman and Juan Mendoza.
I shared about my path to CEO of @Iterable, what I learned about leadership in the Marine Corps and along my career, and how our AI-powered platform is redefining what’s possible in modern marketing. I also commented on some of today’s hot topics, such as legacy vs. modern tech, the #AITalentWar, and more.

Visited @Iterable’s Denver office last week as part of my office tour as new CEO.
The team asked sharp, future-focused questions about our growth, the market, and the culture we’re building. #Iterable
One of the questions was about GenAI tools:
The crowd was pretty evenly split on favorites: Claude, Gemini, and GPT. These are different tools for different jobs.
For me:
Claude → better for narrative and more heady, exploratory work.
GPT → better for tactical, structured questions and execution.
Curious to hear how other #CEOs are using GenAI in their daily flow. What’s your go-to and why?
