Former Florida State/NFL DB Antonio Cromartie is quickly becoming a Clemson dad ... his daughter JurzieBlu committed to Tigers as a 2027 gymnastics recruit in the fall. Now his son Julian has joined Clemson football as a 2027 WR commit
@RealBGauvin23 There was a brief window where it was working normally earlier this afternoon, but now I can't load anything in premium. It's just a white screen.
@NoFlagsFilm The 2010 NFL Draft gave us Ndamukong Suh, Geno Atkins, Gerald McCoy, and Linval Joseph. 2010 is often overshadowed by the insane 2011 class, but those are two of the best drafts in recent memory
San Diego International Airport now has my personal records for the longest wait to get through TSA (almost two hours) and the shortest wait (about three minutes).
I believe I won this award for a paper titled "Changes in religion and class structure shown through burial practices in England after the fall of Rome." This was 3-4 years before ChatGPT launched. It's very funny to hear stories about the AI-generation of college students.
@HungarianFalcon I don't think we ever got to 8-10 in high school, but we did have some timed written exams (technically typed on a computer) that got to 5+ pages. I was a slow typer though. The longest research paper I did in high school was only 7 pages or so.
A couple of titles from other college papers I wrote:
-Secret Deceptions Contributing to Allied Victory in World War II
-Hyper-competition and emphasis on winning leading to an immoral collegiate sport culture
-American Victory Foreshadowed at the Battle of Cowpens
-The Rising, the Great War, and the Changing Tides of Irish Nationalism
-Struggling for Free Will in the Societies of "Nineteen Eighty-Four" and "Too Loud a Solitude"
-Reinterpreting Race Relations on the [basketball] Court in Film
-Defining and creating standing, ad hoc, and contingency plans [Public Relations]
-Communication and stereotypes for emergency physician assistants and medical personnel
-Ceremonies and practices for handling the recently deceased across time and cultures
-Harold Godwinson’s passiveness and the Duke of Normandy’s strategic success at the Battle of Hastings
-Underestimated Turkish Defenses Bogged Down the Allies at Gallipoli
-Southern Authors Present Crisscrossing Views of Southern Culture through their Life Experiences
-Conflicting occurrences and positive exempla according to Livy
-Nero failed to mimic Augustus’ propaganda model and ended the Julio-Claudian dynasty
-Freedoms and Liberties in the Era of Napoleon Bonaparte
-McClellan’s Hesitation with the Upper Hand at the Battle of Antietam
Per an ESPN source, there’s optimism that Ahmad Hardy will play football again. How quickly he can return and the impact isn’t known. He’s alert today and moving around.
@cincyplanner@HankKnowsBall Now hold on, Will Heldt is a good college player but I would much rather have T.J. Parker in the NFL. Heldt is a Day 3 prospect for me.
Peter Woods has been the most disruptive Clemson defensive lineman this year, but Will Heldt has been just as good (if not better) than T.J. Parker. Here are Heldt's best plays against Syracuse. #NFLDraft#NFLDraft2026#2026NFLDraft
@FBallAnalysisYT My favorite part is that Kyle Shanahan justified Isaac Guerendo being a healthy scratch for a few games because Jordan James was doing well in practice, but James didn't have a touch as a rookie until the playoffs.
