@airindiain A friend told me AI Pune office closed around 5:05 pm. I tried for tickets on web from 5:55pm IST.There was no availability listed for either 17 or 21.Tried calling the call centre at 6:15 pm but did not get through.
Could you kindly guide in case I am going wrong anywhere.
