आज, #अंतरराष्ट्रीयबालश्रमनिषेधदिवस (12 जून 2026) के अवसर पर जस्ट राइट्स फॉर चिल्ड्रेन @JustRightsIndia के संस्थापक श्री भुवन ऋभु @Bhuwan_Ribhu ने अपने संबोधन में वर्ष 2027 तक उत्तर प्रदेश को बाल श्रम मुक्त राज्य बनाने के संकल्प के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को बधाई दी और इस लक्ष्य को साकार करने की एक ठोस कार्ययोजना प्रस्तुत की।

#बालश्रममुक्तउत्तरप्रदेश की यह पहल विकसित भारत के निर्माण तथा प्रत्येक बच्चे के संरक्षण, शिक्षा और गरिमापूर्ण जीवन के अधिकार को सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान उत्तर प्रदेश के 16 जिलों के 141 चिन्हित हॉट स्पॉट क्षेत्रों को बाल श्रम मुक्त घोषित किया गया।

यह कार्यक्रम श्रम एवं सेवायोजन विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार @CMOfficeUP @myogiadityanath , जस्ट राइट्स फॉर चिल्ड्रेन तथा सहयोगी संगठन एसोसिएशन फॉर वॉलंटरी एक्शन @ProtectWithAVA के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें श्रम एवं सेवायोजन मंत्री श्री अनिल राजभर @AnilRajbharbjp , प्रमुख सचिव (श्रम एवं सेवायोजन) श्री एम.के. शन्मुगा सुंदरम , श्रमायुक्त श्री मार्कण्डेय शाही @markandey_shahi सहित अन्य गणमान्य अतिथिगण उपस्थित रहे।

Supreme Court in a landmark judgment directed “Guidelines to Inculcate Sensitivity & Compassion into Judges & Judicial Process in context of Sexual Offences” be developed. I appeared for @JustRightsIndia and brought many instances before SC where Judges have shown insensitivity.

"It has been a long battle for the victim, and the Court's intervention has not only strengthened the protection against the #POCSOAct but has also signaled the need for greater judicial accountability and sensitivity," said Ms. Rachna Tyagi, Partner, Ethicus Legal and Consulting Solutions.

After 3.5 years without an #FIR in March 2025, a judgment delivered without proper investigation, and a system that failed a child, the #SupremeCourt on 18th February has set aside the Allahabad High Court order in the attempt to rape case. This is a significant course correction that reaffirms that crimes against children cannot be diluted through narrow interpretations of the law.

We thank the #RealHeroes for their unwavering commitment, the @JustRightsIndia Legal Team, led by Senior Advocate H.S. Phoolka ji @hsphoolka , along with Advocates Rachna Tyagi and colleagues, who stood firmly with the survivor and her mother. Their collective resolve ensured that the child’s voice was not silenced.

The fight for justice for children does not end here. We will continue to pursue #accountability, #strengthen victim-first jurisprudence, and ensure that justice is not only delivered but upheld without compromise.
