@iheartauthority @campbell1187 @ezralevant No it wouldn't. Think. If 100% of people are vaccinated, 100% of cases would be in vaccinated people. 100%/100% =1. That doesn't mean the vaccine becomes ineffective. It means you've vaccinated everyone

The ratio is a measure of RELATIVE risk (vs the ratio for unvaccinated)

The vaccines reduce risk of transmission (a bit) and illness and death (a lot).

See table 1 here. High numbers = more deaths = bad. You're much more likely to die from Covid if you're unvaccinated
