Tried buying new metro card from Dumdum from ATVM. UPI pay accepted, but card not dispensed..stn SI said that it will be refunded to account. How long does it usually take to refund the amount for a service not rendered?

@KolkataPolice a complaint regarding daily water wastage by our neighbors. They always let the water pump overflow for at least half an hour unless anyone from the neighborhood screams to switch it off.
